TED Conferences, LLC is looking for a part-time Operations Project Manager (Contract) to support the Audience Strategy & Growth team. You will be responsible for executing and overseeing marketing campaigns across web and email platforms within TED's global community.
What You'll Do
- Build ad placements across key marketing levers including email and TED.com.
- Execute and oversee campaign setup across TED’s tech stack, including SailThru, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet performance goals.
- Work with stakeholders across Product, Brand Creative, and the Marketing team to gather materials, produce ads, QA, and test.
- Maintain all tracking & infrastructure across various channels and platforms to ensure accurate and compliant data collection & processing (UTMs, Chartable pixels, etc).
What We're Looking For
- Strong familiarity with project management and planning tools, like Airtable.
- Familiarity with building or managing ad builds across email and Web, with specific experience in Sailthru.
- Familiarity with HubSpot.
- Familiarity with Mixpanel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently.
