PCX Corporation is hiring an Operations Project Coordinator to oversee administrative tasks, ensure resource availability, and manage stakeholder communication. In this role, you will organize and communicate all project details and serve as the critical liaison between team members and the project manager.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Divide projects into achievable actions and establish timeframes.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Ensure that client needs are met as projects evolve.
- Help prepare budgets.
- Analyze risks and opportunities.
- Oversee project procurement management.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
What We're Looking For
- 3-6 years of project coordinating experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- CAPM or PMP certifications.
- Working knowledge of project management software and systems.
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools.
