Zurich Canada is offering an Operations & Network Management Intern role with ServiZurich, part of the Zurich Insurance Group. This position provides hands-on experience in insurance technology and operations within an innovative, tech-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Work alongside experts across various technological domains.
- Maintain and update process guidelines and operational documentation.
- Prepare presentations and materials for ongoing projects.
- Support the calculation of insurance policies, including Late Letters and Reinsurance Slips.
- Maintain and update global databases for brokers and incoming submissions.
- Analyze datasets for reporting and presentations, ensuring data quality and clear communication of results.
- Support process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
- Collaborate on projects related to business, technology, processes, and global network alignment.
What We're Looking For
- Active student status with a Spanish University or School is mandatory.
- Available for at least a 6-month part-time or internship program.
Nice to Have
- Interest in the Insurtech sector.
- Enthusiastic, capable, and eager to learn.
- A good team player with a responsible, can-do attitude.
- Background in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or similar fields.
