Global Finance Teams is hiring a remote Operations Manager. This Chief of Staff–type role is for an operator who thrives in ambiguity, loves building structure from scratch, and moves seamlessly between strategy, execution, and people coordination.
What You'll Do
- Work with the co-founders, translating vision into executable plans.
- Drive company-wide initiatives (operations, recruiting, growth projects and marketing campaigns).
- Build and refine existing processes to create a sustainable operation in a high-growth stage.
- Track priorities, deadlines, and execution for leadership initiatives.
- Prepare executive dashboards, decks, and decision memos.
- Identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and push projects to completion.
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and operational reviews.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of a Business and Finance-related course.
- 5+ years of professional experience in operations, strategy, consulting, PMO, or Chief of Staff–type roles.
- Strong business judgment and structured problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a startup / scale-up environment (not overly corporate).
- Excellent communication skills—can work with founders, managers, and teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven.
Nice to Have
- MBA degree.
- Experience in professional services, outsourcing, SaaS, or finance.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the co-founders.
