Global Finance Teams (GFT) is hiring a remote Operations Manager to act as a Chief of Staff–type operator. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building structure from scratch, and can move seamlessly between strategy, execution, and people coordination to support our high-growth stage.
What You'll Do
- Work with the co-founders to translate vision into executable plans.
- Drive company-wide initiatives spanning operations, recruiting, growth projects, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and refine existing processes to create a sustainable operation.
- Track priorities, deadlines, and execution for leadership initiatives.
- Prepare executive dashboards, decks, and decision memos.
- Identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and push projects to completion.
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and operational reviews.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of a Business and Finance-related course.
- 5+ years of professional experience in operations, strategy, consulting, PMO, or Chief of Staff–type roles.
- Strong business judgment and structured problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a startup / scale-up environment.
- Excellent communication skills for working with founders, managers, and teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven.
Nice to Have
- MBA degree.
- Experience in professional services, outsourcing, SaaS, or finance.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the co-founders.
