yfood Labs GmbH is hiring an Operations Manager MVZ (m/w/d) to oversee the operational management of MVZ locations in northern Germany, focusing on Hamburg and Lower Saxony. The role operates within a company culture focused on medical excellence in specialized diagnostics, featuring flat hierarchies and agile work.
What You'll Do
- Independently manage MVZs in the Hamburg and Lower Saxony area as the central contact for operational questions.
- Manage and realize on-site projects, such as practice renovations, implementation of new software solutions, purchasing organization, or infrastructural developments.
- Coordinate service providers and work closely with the medical directors and staff of the MVZs.
- Actively accompany the integration of new locations into the Academia Group and ensure a smooth transition into existing structures.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed university degree in business administration, health management, or comparable training.
- Solid experience in project management, practice management, or in the operational area of a healthcare company.
- A self-initiative, solution-oriented, and structured work style with a high sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills, team player abilities, and a convincing, confident, and reliable demeanor.
- Willingness to travel within northern Germany.
