Firstbase is looking for an Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day processes within our Finance Product team. You will be instrumental in driving internal efficiency, operational excellence, and creating a streamlined customer experience through proactive management and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and optimize internal operational procedures, coordinating closely with product, fulfillment, and technical teams to enhance service quality and reliability.
- Establish and monitor operational standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across processes.
- Manage relationships with external partners and service providers, handling onboarding, operational coordination, and resolving any ongoing service-related issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational escalations and complex customer queries, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
- Identify opportunities for operational enhancements by analyzing processes, developing solutions, and implementing effective changes across the organization.
- Provide operational support during high-volume periods, coordinating resources and managing workload effectively to maintain excellent customer service standards.
What We're Looking For
- You must be based in a LatAm country.
- At least 3 years of experience managing business operations, customer operations, or internal processes within a fast-paced organization.
- Experience developing and optimizing operational workflows to improve efficiency and team productivity.
- Proven track record managing and resolving customer and stakeholder issues through clear, effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Excellent ability to coordinate multiple tasks, stakeholders, and priorities effectively, particularly during periods of high operational demand.
- Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication across teams and with international stakeholders.
