Pearl Talent is hiring an Operations Manager (EG005) to oversee and optimize core business operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and execution excellence. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership across processes, systems, data, and people in a remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day operational execution across teams and workflows.
- Translate business objectives into clear operational plans.
- Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies across operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design, document, and optimize operational processes and SOPs.
- Implement automation to reduce manual work and errors.
- Improve cross-functional workflows and handoffs.
- Maintain operational documentation for scale.
- Track operational KPIs and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Analyze trends to support data-driven decision-making.
- Communicate insights clearly to leadership.
- Oversee capacity planning, scheduling, and workload distribution.
- Support onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Ensure accountability and operational consistency.
- Foster strong execution habits in remote environments.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and operational projects.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Escalate risks and blockers proactively.
- Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or operational leadership roles.
- Strong ability to build and improve operational processes.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions.
- Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling operations in fast-paced or startup environments.
- Exposure to automation, systems integration, or process design.
- Background managing distributed or contractor teams.
