Unknown Company is hiring an Operations Manager

Rentokil, the global leader in Pest Control and related services, is looking for an Operations Manager. In this role, you will train, lead, and develop a team of specialists to achieve sales goals, ensure client loyalty, and deliver exceptional service. You'll be responsible for the daily management of field operations, routing, client audits, and basic financial performance.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations of specialists with the goal of providing superior customer service to clients.
• Offer direction to staff in all aspects of operations, service, and client care.
• Manage basic financial performance of the operations, including revenue growth and expense control.
• Travel daily throughout your territory to visit with clients, assist specialists, and partner closely with the sales team on business development.
• Monitor and adjust scheduled appointments for efficiencies, field routing, client QC audits, and account management.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports, as required.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service.
• Demonstrated success in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment background screen.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record search.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekend work when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in a route-oriented, service environment.

Work Mode

This is a local-city position requiring daily travel throughout your assigned territory.
