GE Aerospace is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Manager - Projects and Initiatives to execute our standards strategy and deploy best-in-class processes across our global MRO Network. This role will act as a critical change agent, identifying opportunities for efficiency and standardization in overhaul and repair operations.

What You'll Do

Be the critical leader for identifying and standardizing processes to improve delivery metrics across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Perform analytics and comparisons of data from Overhaul and repair shops.
Devise and implement change management strategies to establish a standard work model.
Engage with FLIGHT DECK leaders to eliminate waste in standard processes.
Work with the Digital team to digitize and automate standard processes.
Influence experts across the network to build globally acceptable processes.
Advocate for adoption of standard work with shops and cross-functional teams.
Act as a site change agent for future evolutions of solutions.
Drive cost savings initiatives at Repair and Overhaul shops.
Define an effective communication process for changes in standards.
Introduce and track measurements against implemented changes.
Conduct regular audits at your located site to ensure measurement against standards.

What We're Looking For

For UK-based candidates: A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience in Manufacturing & Projects and Initiatives.
For US-based candidates: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and/or at least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing & Projects and Initiatives.
