About the Role

At JLL, we are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive. We are looking for a Director, Technology Solutions to join our Work Dynamics sales team in London. In this senior role, you will be the key technology expert during the sales cycle, communicating the value and impact of the JLL Technology Platform to prospective clients. You will need a deep understanding of technology applications across Corporate Real Estate, Business Intelligence, and AI, and how real estate and facilities teams utilize them.

What You'll Do

  • Lead technology solutions as part of the pre-sales exercise by providing expert solutions for clients.
  • Partner with product management teams to ensure value propositions are communicated consistently.
  • Participate in RFP response efforts, including technical responses, deliverables, system graphics, and pricing.
  • Make recommendations to the bid management team on improvements to proposal language and technical deliverables.
  • Attend sales pursuit debriefs to provide feedback on the sales cycle, team approach, and client engagement.
  • Manage competitive demands while coordinating and producing meaningful technology solutions for prospective clients.
  • Deliver proposal responses, pricing, and presentations as an individual contributor.
  • Instill trust in clients by engaging in conversations and storytelling around business outcomes supported by our technology ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to map out product demonstration flows and deliver demonstrations to the client.
  • Demonstrate multiple applications spanning the entire real estate life cycle.
  • Develop a personal learning path to understand all functional areas across the real estate life cycle and communicate confidently how technology enables the process.
  • Provide voice of the customer feedback from the pre-sales function to the strategic product management group for continual product improvement.
  • Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape across technology and competitors.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in technology.
  • Ability to lead through influence, rather than direct management.
  • Expertise presenting technology material and demonstrating technologies to audiences of 10-50 people live in-office.
  • Relevant understanding of how applications create an ecosystem and work together.
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple pursuits, stakeholders, and complex technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • This role is based in the London office with in-office requirements; it is not a remote role.
  • Ability to travel 25% in Europe to client presentations.

Nice to Have

  • Strong preference for exposure to corporate real estate.
  • Exposure to software sales, preferably across multiple technologies.
  • Consulting and software experience.
