Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is hiring a Particle and/or Automation Instructor to join our Global Training Team. In this role, you will be responsible for training service engineers and customers on our particle and automation product lines, using your creativity and technical knowledge to deliver high-quality training experiences worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Design curriculums and teach service training courses.
- Design application-focused curriculums and teach customer training courses.
- Monitor student performance, collect feedback, and improve curriculum for all trainings.
- Provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers.
- Utilize Learning Management System tools to administer and track training and certification.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Biological or Physical Sciences, Engineering, or Education.
- Knowledge and experience in either Particle or Automation.
- Fluency in both English and German.
Nice to Have
- Experience using Beckman Coulter Particle or Automation instrumentation.
- An advanced degree.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using Beckman Coulter Acoustic Automation instrumentation.
