CVS Health is looking for an Operations Manager to join our Store Management team. In this role, you'll drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will maintain an engaged, productive team through strong leadership.
What You'll Do
- Manage overall store operations, supervision, and policy implementation.
- Lead sales and inventory management.
- Oversee employee staffing, training, and development.
- Handle financial management responsibilities.
- Provide customer service leadership and resolve customer questions and complaints.
- Lead others and work effectively with store crews, supervising and directing their activities.
- Communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
- Support the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
- Promote the CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers.
What We're Looking For
- Strong deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills, and proven leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent store issues.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
- A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Team & Environment
You will be a member of the Store Management team, reporting directly to the Store Manager.
