CVS Health is looking for an Operations Manager - Overnight to join our Store Management team. You will be responsible for driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll maintain an engaged, productive store team by leading by example and demonstrating initiative.
What You'll Do
- Manage overall store operations, supervision, and policy implementation.
- Lead sales and inventory management.
- Oversee employee staffing, training, and development.
- Handle financial management for the store.
- Provide leadership in customer service.
- Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
- Supervise, assign, and direct the store crew's activities.
- Communicate information to store crew and supervisors openly and in a timely manner.
- Support the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
- Promote the CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers.
What We're Looking For
- Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent store issues.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a retail manager or supervisor.

You will be a member of the Store Management team, supervised by the Store Manager.
