DiDi Global is looking for an Operations Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of initiatives to grow the active courier base for DiDi's Food category across LATAM. You'll be part of a company culture built on creating customer value, data-driven decisions, and win-win collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Support the daily operations of our acquisition channels system.
- Analyze, model and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign targeting, messaging, and channels.
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
- Proactiveness, curiosity and are eager to learn.
- Structured thinking to solve diverse challenges.
- Team player.
- Proficient in Excel and Power Point.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- SQL is a plus.
