π The Role: As a member of our operations team, you will:
Support HR & Recruiting Operations: Be the behind-the-scenes hero managing administrative and project support across HR and recruiting initiatives.
Assist with Onboarding & Enablement Content: Craft killer resources for new team members, including drafting engaging enablement videos, researching training requirements, and lending a hand to our employee handbook project.
Design & Visual Support: Leverage Canva to create eye-catching materials that are polished, professional, and pack a visual punch.
Maintain Data & Systems: Keep our HR systems razor-sharp with precise data entry and meticulous tracking of employee info and recruiting pipelines.
Support Internal Communications: Help shape and coordinate internal announcements, updates, and team communications.
Coordinate Scheduling: Become the master of calendars, smoothly managing interviews, meetings, and internal events for HR and recruiting.
Document Management: Organize and maintain our HR documents, policies, and training materials with military-grade precision.
Conduct Basic Research: Dive into HR best practices, recruiting trends, and potential tools to fuel our decision-making.
Project Coordination Support: Handle logistics and execution of HR and recruiting projects, from workshop materials to team activities.
Provide General Administrative Support: Tackle whatever administrative tasks come your way to keep our People team running like a well-oiled machine.

Experience: Some background in admin, coordination, or support roles β think internships, volunteer work, or personal projects.
Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field.

Proactive & Eager to Learn: Not just a doer, but a "how can I make this even better?" type who learns at lightning speed.
Communication Skills: Communicate like a pro β clear, professional, and approachable.
