CoverGo is looking for a Operations & Data Analyst to support our cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements. In this fully remote role, you'll work closely with departments like finance, sales, HR, and IT to ensure data accuracy and streamline operations.
What You'll Do
- Organize and manage workflows and datasets across multiple departments, ensuring information is properly structured.
- Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
- Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
- Help enforce process and quality standards across teams.
- Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks to free up senior team members.
- Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements as responsibilities evolve.
- Continuously learn new tools and adapt to evolving company processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
- At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
- Ability to build and work with financial and data models.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
- A “can-do” mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with or curiosity about AI-powered tools for automation and efficiency.
- Interest in operational efficiency and process optimization.
