About the Role

Lago is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day and forward-looking coordination of all on-site services across our network. This role is critical for ensuring that company-provided and third-party vendor services are scheduled, promoted, and executed flawlessly. You will serve as the operational connector between our company, our field teams, and our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule all weekly and monthly services across locations (both internal and third-party).
  • Communicate with third-party service vendors to confirm availability and manage logistics.
  • Send out timely and clear client-facing messages via email, SMS, and app-based notifications regarding service details.
  • Monitor daily and weekly service sign-up volumes and alert leadership to significant variances.
  • Coordinate with part-time service providers to ensure full staffing coverage for high-demand days.
  • Work closely with leadership to coordinate special campaigns, new service launches, or adjustments.
  • Maintain internal schedules and update key team members with accurate information.
  • Serve as the first point of operational coordination between the company and its field teams.
  • Filter incoming messages, responding generically where appropriate.
  • Ensure services are scheduled in accordance with employee availability.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in service coordination, operations, scheduling, or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced or service-based business.
  • A hunger for growth in a fast-growing business.
  • Fluent written and verbal English at a near-native level.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple calendars, vendors, and providers simultaneously.
  • Experience working with remote teams across time zones.
  • Comfort using scheduling and communication tools like Google Calendar, Slack, Airtable, and CRM or booking systems.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure.
  • Availability during Mountain Time working hours (U.S.).
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Ability to work weekends.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with service-based or wellness businesses (e.g., salons, spas, mobile services).
  • Familiarity with SMS/email marketing platforms or CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of marketplace or vendor-based business models.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Express and/or Canva.
