Mrsool is looking for a Logistics Specialist to be the backbone of our supply chain operations. Your core mission is to ensure goods move smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively, delivering the right product to the right place at the right time.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily logistics operations to support partner stores and ensure timely order pickup and delivery.
- Monitor delivery performance, address delays or failures, and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Work closely with fleet operations and customer support teams to maintain service quality.
- Manage shipment data, generate reports, and track performance against key logistics KPIs.
- Ensure all logistics-related SLAs are met for each partner, and escalate critical issues when needed.
- Support onboarding of new merchants from a logistics perspective, ensuring a smooth go-live process.
- Collaborate with tech and product teams to suggest improvements to logistics tools and workflows.
- Maintain strong communication with E-commerce clients to align on logistics needs and resolve any escalations.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, last-mile operations, or supply chain (E-commerce experience is a big plus).
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple shipments and issues in real-time.
- Familiarity with logistics tools, dashboards, and basic data reporting (Excel, Google Sheets, or internal systems).
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, couriers, and E-commerce partners.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
- High ownership mindset and accountability for daily service levels.
- Fluent in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a tech startup or fast-scaling environment.
- Understanding of SLA-driven operations and customer experience metrics.
- Exposure to logistics automation tools or delivery management platforms.
