ManpowerGroup Greece is hiring an IT Business Analyst to serve as the crucial link between business requirements and the capabilities of our in-house Business Process Management (BPM) platform. In this role, you will analyze business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and configure solutions to optimize workflows and product lifecycle processes within our Tech Hub.
What You'll Do
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements and platform configurations to enhance workflows and product lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with developers, Business Relationship Managers, and stakeholders to design, test, and implement scalable solutions using the company’s in-house BPM platform.
- Support the full solution lifecycle—from process modeling and UI design to user training, documentation, and ongoing application maintenance.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Facilitate workshops, demos, and status meetings. Manage change requests and prioritize enhancements.
- Set up and maintain software configurations, including user interfaces and system functionalities.
- Design screens, buttons, and configure actions and rules to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
- Develop, implement, and execute test plans and scenarios to validate configurations and development, ensuring successful deliverables.
- Create and update documentation related to software configurations, functional design specifications, user guides, and change logs.
- Identify and resolve configuration-related issues to ensure smooth operation of software applications.
- Train end-users and create user guides or training materials. Provide post-deployment support and gather feedback for improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst with active participation in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- 3+ years of overall experience in software development projects.
- Proven business and systems analysis skills, along with expertise in test planning, execution, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Functional or Enterprise System Administration on highly configurable enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, BPM, CRM, ESM).
- Proficiency in requirements analysis and refinement, use case documentation, and modeling tools such as MS Visio or Draw.io.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, think strategically, and find creative solutions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, with proficiency in software development / configuration environments.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and escalate risks/issues.
- Ability to understand and align with the company’s business processes, backed by strong analytical and technical acumen.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across different IT departments.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Business Process Management tools / frameworks.
- Experience in Project Management/team coordination.
- Experience with Service Delivery Model concepts/ITIL Framework.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a team of IT Business Analysts, reporting directly to the Business Analysts Manager.
