Next Job Abroad is seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading iGaming company in Malta. You will be the voice of the company, directly assisting Nordic-speaking players and ensuring they have an outstanding gaming experience. This role includes a comprehensive relocation package to Malta.
What You'll Do
- Assist Nordic-speaking players via live chat, email, and phone, providing top-tier customer service.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding their gaming accounts and promotions.
- Ensure a swift and effective resolution of any technical issues faced by players.
- Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance player satisfaction.
- Stay knowledgeable about gaming products and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and proficient in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to living in a new culture.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service, with a preference for roles in the iGaming industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Additional languages are a plus.
