Hologram is looking for an Operations Coordinator, College Pads to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, growing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing and inputting data, and managing backend administrative functions with a focus on building strong relationships.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers via chat or email.
- Assist with data entry and invoice creation and delivery.
- Help customers establish API connections for their listing(s).
- Deliver positive experiences by building relationships and providing service and support.
- Aid in managing the accounts receivable process when applicable.
- Prospect for new opportunities for sales team members.
- Respond and direct inbound inquiries from prospective clients.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role.
- Experience with backend administrative tasks like account setup, data entry, and reporting.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer-facing interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated and independent.

- Experience in the real estate or housing industry.
