Typescouts, a fast-growing executive search firm, is hiring an Operations Coordinator to play a central role in our client delivery and internal coordination. You will be responsible for customer success, scheduling, reporting, and pipeline updates, ensuring smooth operations across multiple stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Manage scheduling, reporting, and pipeline updates for multiple stakeholders.
- Delegate work to VAs or junior staff and ensure accountability.
- Handle multiple, sometimes conflicting, demands professionally.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in coordination, customer success, or client-facing operations roles.
- Strong tech skills in Google Sheets/Excel, Notion, Coda, project management, and automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling, reporting, and pipeline updates for multiple stakeholders.
- Experience delegating work to VAs or junior staff and ensuring accountability.
- Ability to push back professionally and handle multiple, sometimes conflicting, demands.
- A hungry and driven mindset: proactive, eager to take on responsibility, and grow.
- High organization skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership over tasks and client deliverables.
- Comfort working across different leadership styles and priorities.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a startup or small, fast-moving company.

- Strong reporting and data analysis experience, turning raw pipeline data into actionable insights.
- Experience building or improving systems and workflows, including automation, templates, and checklists.

Benefits & Compensation
- Monthly salary: $1,300 USD to $1,600 USD.
Work Mode
