Responsibilities
- Select and package items for customer delivery
- Receive and unload product pallets from vendors, verify physical inventory matches purchase orders or invoices, and address any discrepancies
- Oversee inventory and restock canceled orders
- Clean and organize the sales floor and overall facility
- Control waste and spoilage by strictly following FIFO procedures
- Contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items
- Handle, scan, and move products safely and in an organized manner
- Stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during shifts
- Use carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment to move products
- Handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, or alcohol
- Work in freezer locations periodically throughout shifts
- Walk several flights of steps periodically throughout the day
- Prepare quality beverages and food menu items for all customers by following all recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure accuracy of all food and beverage items packaged for delivery
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Receive and put away orders or invoices, and resolve discrepancies when they do not meet expiration requirements
- Maintain kitchen facility organization and standards to ensure resources are accessible while managing waste and spoilage through careful pouring and food preparation
- Prepare, package, and stage or hand off orders
