Chime is looking for an Operations Associate, Campus Solutions to serve as organizational and operational support for the Campus Solutions Department and the Israel Action & Addressing Antisemitism Program. You will provide essential administrative and logistical support across the department to ensure smooth project execution, accurate financial and data management, and efficient internal operations.
What You'll Do
- Track IAP expenses and assist with financial reporting, payments, and audits.
- Maintain accurate data, metrics, and records across Hillel’s systems (Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, and others).
- Manage logistics and budgets for Campus Solutions and the IAP program, including events, speaker tours, and department meetings.
- Support event planning, vendor coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Draft and edit communications, reports, and presentations for departmental leadership.
- Manage scheduling, onboarding, and other key administrative processes.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for the Campus Solutions Senior Vice President and team leads.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, program coordination, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with budgeting, invoicing, and digital tools such as Bill.com, CRMs, or similar systems.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with platforms like Google Workspace and project management tools.
- Proactive problem solver who takes initiative and follows through.
- Exercises sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
Nice to Have
- Nonprofit, education, or Jewish communal experience preferred.
- Interest in Israel engagement and/or confronting antisemitism.
