Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring an Operations and Implementations Specialist. This is an execution-focused role that acts as the bridge between strategy and execution. You'll take project scopes, identify the right system structure, and build it end-to-end across tools to turn ideas into working systems that empower teams.

What You'll Do

Interpret project scopes and determine the most practical system structure before building.
Implement operational systems across project management, documentation, and automation tools.
Design workflows, task hierarchies, templates, and SOPs that match real usage.
Translate Looms, voice notes, chats, and meetings into structured systems and documentation.
Break down projects into actionable tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
Identify inefficiencies and simplify overbuilt or unclear systems.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience implementing systems across tools like ClickUp, Notion, Asana, and Airtable.
Ability to think through build strategy before execution, considering structure, logic, and tradeoffs.
Strong documentation and written English skills.
High attention to detail with a practical, execution-first mindset.
Ability to work independently from scopes with minimal hand-holding.
