Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring an Operations and Implementation Specialist to streamline complex processes and optimize customer implementations in our fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll blend operational execution, customer enablement, and project management to improve experiences for both internal teams and end users.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline internal processes and build scalable runbooks.
- Implement efficient, standardized onboarding workflows for scaled customer accounts using milestone tracking and documented handoffs.
- Deliver impactful customer enablement strategies through self-serve resources and product education.
- Analyze operational data, define KPIs, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Support project management efforts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and address gaps in processes or collaboration across teams.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Use insights from implementation metrics to inform product improvements and enhance operational strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in high-growth startups.
- Strong project management and operational execution skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication; confident collaborating with leadership and technical teams.
- Comfort with queue-based workflows and dynamic process environments.
- A proactive mindset: you spot inefficiencies and take initiative to improve them.
- Empathy for the leave of absence experience and a drive to simplify it.
- Proficiency with tools such as Metabase, GSheets/Excel, and Hubspot.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, or multistate leave management.
- Experience with AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Bonus if you’ve built or managed automation agents.
