Barclays is looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Wholesale Onboarding team. In this role, you will support day-to-day processing, review, reporting, and issue resolution, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant client onboarding.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day Wholesale Onboarding initiatives, including KYC processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with clients and front office teams to gather Customer Due Diligence information to onboard or refresh client KYC.
- Work with teams across the bank to align and integrate Wholesale Onboarding processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change in onboarding procedures.
- Develop and implement Wholesale Onboarding procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
- Develop reports and presentations on onboarding performance and communicate findings to senior internal stakeholders.
- Identify industry trends and developments to implement best practices.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to improve Wholesale Onboarding efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide specialist advice and support to meet the needs of stakeholders and customers.
- Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to your work.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to identify and address their needs.
- May lead and supervise a team, guiding professional development and allocating work, or manage your own workload as an individual contributor.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements.

- Experience in creating reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
