Shape compliance through technology and ownership. As an Operations Analyst in Legal & Compliance, you’ll play a central role in maintaining corporate integrity across the US and Canada, ensuring all entities remain in good standing through accurate reporting and proactive management of state requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Take full responsibility for entity compliance, managing filings and responses without oversight.
- Monitor brand usage, detect intellectual property violations, and initiate enforcement actions including drafting formal notices.
- Respond to complex customer issues by identifying underlying causes, recommending corrective measures, and leading internal training to prevent recurrence.
- Review operational workflows and product features for compliance risks, then partner with Product and Engineering to implement lasting fixes.
- Conduct regular audits to assess risk exposure and ensure practices meet or exceed regulatory expectations.
- Design and deploy automated solutions using AI and low-code platforms to replace manual legal operations with scalable systems.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree from a competitive academic program with a history of strong performance.
- Proven ability to operate independently—anticipating problems, closing loops, and driving initiatives forward without constant direction.
- Comfort with technology-driven workflows, especially using spreadsheets and automation tools to increase efficiency.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially when managing time-sensitive regulatory deadlines and cross-functional projects.
- Resilience in fast-paced, evolving environments where ownership and initiative are essential.
