Role Overview
This position is central to shaping operational strategy through data-driven insights and process innovation. As an Operations Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, define improvements, and translate business goals into actionable system capabilities. Your work will directly influence how operations evolve across enterprise and field environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and assess data collection strategies to evaluate operational workflows and performance metrics.
- Analyze internal processes in comparison to industry benchmarks to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the development and documentation of business processes and system workflows.
- Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable reports for decision-makers.
- Present analytical findings to executives and stakeholders to guide operational planning.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of enterprise-wide and local operations structures.
- Partner with management to define business challenges, goals, and strategic priorities.
- Contribute to long-term planning by aligning analysis with the organization’s operational roadmap.
- Assist in curriculum design and training initiatives, including the use of a Learning Management System.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as business, operations, or information systems.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational analysis, process optimization, or enterprise transformation within multi-project settings.
- Familiarity with modern process modeling techniques and digital transformation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to engage leadership and maintain clarity when presenting complex information.
- Experience managing training programs or leading instructional design efforts.
- Solid business judgment with an understanding of how operational decisions impact broader organizational goals.
- Background in implementing and managing Learning Management Systems is required.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with primary locations in Dallas, TX; Orlando, FL; and Las Vegas, NV. Employees are expected to work on-site or at event locations 2–3 days per week, balancing in-person collaboration with flexible work arrangements.
