BetterHelp is looking for an Operations Analyst II to contribute to a team that produces positive customer experiences through ongoing service and support for a broad range of clients. You will work on specialized functional areas including Payroll, Carrier Files, and Demographic Files.
What You'll Do
- Audit inbound demographic files to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify discrepancies or anomalies in demographic data and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Senior Operations Associate and Operations Manager to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Review demographic data mappers to ensure data mappings are logical and generating accurate results.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Document audit procedures, findings, and resolutions for future reference.
- Stay informed about best practices.
