BetterHelp is looking for an Operations Analyst II to contribute to a team that produces positive customer experiences through ongoing service and support for a broad range of clients. You will work on specialized functional areas including Payroll, Carrier Files, and Demographic Files.

What You'll Do

Audit inbound demographic files to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Identify discrepancies or anomalies in demographic data and take appropriate corrective actions.
Collaborate with the Senior Operations Associate and Operations Manager to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
Review demographic data mappers to ensure data mappings are logical and generating accurate results.
Develop and implement quality control measures to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Document audit procedures, findings, and resolutions for future reference.
Stay informed about best practices.
