The Role We are seeking a meticulous Operations Analyst to support institutional partnerships and business operations. This position will collaborate closely with Business Development and Strategy teams to ensure seamless partnership execution, maintain operational excellence, and serve as a communication bridge between English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. The role involves tracking critical metrics across internal operations and investment strategist partnerships, supporting partnership processes, and facilitating smooth team communication. Key Responsibilities 1. Partnership Operations & Support - Assist institutional BD and Operations teams in partnership implementation, onboarding, and relationship management - Coordinate with partners including exchanges, custodians, wallets, and institutional clients for smooth integration - Monitor partnership milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators - Maintain comprehensive partnership documentation, contracts, and communication records in both languages 2. Investment Operations & Analysis - Track vault manager partner performance including capital flows, allocations, strategy returns, collateral ratios, and liquidation risks - Develop and maintain real-time dashboards tracking vault metrics, yield performance, on-chain/exchange positions, and comparative partner performance - Generate periodic reports on vault trends, realized returns, partner rankings, capital efficiency, and strategic analysis - Support due diligence for new vault managers and develop financial models evaluating economic structures 3. Process & Documentation Management - Develop operational playbooks, partner onboarding guides, and internal documentation - Standardize processes for partnership execution, compliance, and reporting - Create templates for partnership agreements, commercial terms, and integration documentation 4. Cross-Functional Coordination - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams to support partnership requirements - Coordinate internal communication ensuring alignment on partnership deliverables - Support BD teams with presentation materials, proposals, and partner communications - Assist with administrative partnership tasks including scheduling and action item tracking Candidate Profile Required: - Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English - 1-3 years experience in operations, analytics, business roles - Strong analytical skills with Excel/data analysis expertise - Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities - Robust communication skills across both languages - Independent worker managing multiple priorities - Comfort with fast-paced startup environments - Genuine interest in cryptocurrency and financial markets Preferred: - Cryptocurrency/blockchain industry experience - Understanding of DeFi and Bitcoin products - Experience with Asian markets or cross-border partnerships - Background in finance or quantitative disciplines Bonus Considerations: - Previous high-growth crypto startup experience - Institutional partnership support background - DeFi investing understanding 90-Day Success Metrics: - Establish operational workflows for partnership tracking - Develop comprehensive partnership performance dashboards - Create standardized documentation and process templates
