About the Role

The ideal candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, troubleshooting issues, providing clear solutions, and contributing to ongoing improvements in service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve account or service-related problems
  • Guide users through platform features and functionality
  • Escalate technical issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure resolution
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
  • Adhere to service level agreements for response times
  • Communicate service outages or disruptions clearly
  • Assist with onboarding new customers
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on user input
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings
  • Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and care
  • Work collaboratively with team members to share insights
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings
  • Meet performance metrics related to quality and volume
  • Adapt to evolving customer needs and product changes
  • Use support software to manage tickets efficiently
  • Offer empathetic and clear communication in all interactions
  • Contribute to internal documentation for support processes
