About the Role
The Operations Analyst will coordinate daily workflows, analyze performance metrics, and facilitate communication between departments, leveraging bilingual abilities to support international collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Prepare reports summarizing team productivity and project status
- Translate and interpret communications between English and Mandarin speakers
- Assist in streamlining internal processes to improve efficiency
- Coordinate meetings and maintain action item follow-ups
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Track project timelines and flag potential delays
- Gather and validate data from multiple sources
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of procedures
- Identify recurring operational issues and suggest improvements
- Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and protocols
- Manage scheduling for team resources
- Respond to internal inquiries in a timely manner
- Organize and archive operational records
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting
- Facilitate communication during cross-timezone collaborations
- Summarize meeting outcomes for distribution
- Update shared calendars and task management tools
- Contribute to process automation initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support ad hoc operational projects
- Verify data accuracy across systems
- Escalate critical issues to management promptly
