We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative professional to join our Service Delivery Operations team as an Operations Analyst. This role involves supporting comprehensive operational workflows, including project initialization, resource allocation, predictive modeling, and analytical reporting while ensuring adherence to delivery protocols and standards. Your Responsibilities: - Identify, document, and implement process enhancements to optimize resource management and cross-functional coordination - Develop and maintain comprehensive operational reports covering utilization, availability, productivity, forecasting, and strategic recommendations - Collaborate with leadership and project teams on resource planning, engagement tracking, and operational support - Execute end-to-end project lifecycle tasks, including sales transition, resource assignment, project configuration, closeout procedures, and engagement tracking - Monitor compliance with delivery frameworks, ensuring accurate time tracking and performance reporting - Retrieve, analyze, and update performance metrics and operational data to support strategic decision-making - Manage weekly and monthly reporting cycles related to capacity and staffing, proactively identifying potential risks Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field - 3-5 years of experience in business operations, resource management, or similar role - Exceptional organizational and analytical skills - Strong communication abilities across functional departments - Proficiency with Certinia PSA and Salesforce for operational management - Advanced analytical capabilities in utilization metrics and capacity planning - Comfortable with reporting tools like Power BI and adaptable to new technologies Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to develop project setup templates and engagement compliance standards - Advanced Excel and Google Sheets functionality - Knowledge of project delivery workflows and resource planning processes - Familiarity with GenAI tools for operational data analysis Benefits: - 100% remote work - Comprehensive health coverage - Competitive compensation package - Unlimited vacation - Disability and pension plans - Professional development support - State-of-the-art equipment - Learning and development stipend - Inclusive, global team environment Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $92,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
