Construction & Property Group is looking for an Operations Analyst to recommend, coordinate, and monitor operational activities. Your focus will be on ensuring efficient workflows, on-time delivery, and alignment with customer demand through data analysis, production planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

Track, analyze, and report key operational KPIs including production output, schedule adherence, on-time delivery, and cycle time.
Monitor daily production performance and ensure alignment with established production plans.
Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad hoc operational and production reports.
Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on customer demand and capacity.
Identify performance variances and provide data-driven insights to improve efficiency.
Monitor shipping and dock schedules to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Quality, and Purchasing teams to resolve material shortages and scheduling conflicts.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through analytical support and root-cause analysis.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Follow all safety guidelines and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Promote company-wide programs and operational best practices.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel or data visualization tools.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
