Human Intelligence is looking for an Operational Automations Officer to join our team as a remote contractor. You will design and implement scalable, reliable, and compliant automation frameworks to replace manual tasks, instrument productivity, and deliver executive dashboards across multiple business units.
What You'll Do
- Replace manual tasks with automated workflows across business units and maintain uptime.
- Deploy productivity tracking and QC systems; deliver executive dashboards and GPT-query visibility.
- Maintain governance, security, and compliance for automation platforms; provide playbooks and enablement.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, UiPath, Workato) and API integrations.
- Experience implementing productivity tools (Clockify, Time Doctor, Hubstaff) and automation monitoring.
- Strong documentation, training, and problem-solving skills; excellent English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-driven QC frameworks or observability tooling.
- Prior program delivery in multi-brand environments.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: Base fee of USD $1,000–$1,500 per month (depending on experience).
- Performance incentives: Up to USD $500 per month based on exceeding KPIs.
- Paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote contractor position. We have a preference for candidates based in the Philippines, South East Asia, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.
