Human Intelligence is hiring a Operational Automations Officer to join our AI-first, outcome-obsessed environment. You will design and implement scalable, reliable, compliant automation frameworks to replace manual tasks and instrument productivity across the business.
What You'll Do
- Replace manual tasks with automated workflows across business units and maintain uptime.
- Deploy productivity tracking and QC systems; deliver executive dashboards and GPT-query visibility.
- Maintain governance, security and compliance for automation platforms; provide playbooks and enablement.

- Compensation: USD $1,000–$1,500 / MONTH

Work Mode
This is a fully remote contractor position. We have a preference for candidates based in the Philippines, South East Asia, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.
