Mercier Consultancy is looking for a customer service representative to support Eneco's clients with their energy services and products. You'll join a forward-thinking organization dedicated to sustainability and innovative energy solutions, working remotely from Bulgaria.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to Eneco clients, assisting them with inquiries related to energy services and products.
- Engage with customers through various communication channels, ensuring their concerns and questions are addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Document interactions accurately in the company's CRM system to maintain quality standards.
- Stay informed about Eneco's product offerings, promotions, and industry changes to provide up-to-date information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the energy sector.

- Fluency in communicative English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
