Mercier Consultancy is hiring an Online Store Advisor fluent in Swedish and English. You will be the guiding expert for our customers, assisting them through their entire online shopping journey from product discovery to after-sales support.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers in navigating the online store, addressing inquiries related to products, orders, and services in both Swedish and English.
- Provide personalized recommendations to enhance customers’ shopping experience and boost sales opportunities.
- Handle order processing, returns, and refunds effectively, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services continually.
- Stay updated about current promotions, product launches, and trends to provide informed responses to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our internal systems for future reference.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Outstanding communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues efficiently.
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with online shopping platforms.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new tools and processes.
