Adhoq is seeking an Online Marketing Manager - Mediabuyer to join our digital performance advertising agency. In this role, you will manage online marketing campaigns for global clients, focusing on performance goals, data analysis, and building strategic partner relationships.

What You'll Do

Perform daily reporting and monitoring of campaigns to ensure performance goals and revenue objectives are met.
Liaise with partners and sales reps, building long-term relationships and negotiating custom deals.
Analyze data and provide the team with insights on opportunities and market trends.
Brainstorm with media managers and colleagues to improve processes.
Launch new international campaigns every day.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Manage large monthly budgets.

What We're Looking For

A University or Bachelor's degree.
1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Very organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
A tenacious, hard-driving self-starter committed to hitting goals.
Ability to figure things out independently and find new solutions.
Flexibility to adjust your schedule based on various time zones, without a strict 9-to-5 mentality.
Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Post-graduate studies.
Experience and knowledge in digital marketing and affiliate marketing.
Good understanding of advertising terminology: CPM, CPC, CPL, etc.
A proven track record of managing high-spending accounts.
Proficiency with Excel.
Google Ads / SEO knowledge; experience is a plus.
Knowledge of graphic design or Photoshop.
