Online Education Services (OES) is looking for an Online Learning Advisor - Innovative Learning Design to facilitate student learning within online programs for our partner, Queensland University of Technology (QUT). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering academic content, facilitating learning activities, and undertaking assessment tasks to support and enhance the online student experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide an exceptional student experience through the delivery of academic content developed by partner academics and the learning design team.
- Facilitate learning activities that engage and support student learning.
- Undertake assessment tasks including moderation, marking, and feedback, and process and submit results according to set timelines.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum Masters level qualification in a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years recent industry experience in learning design.
- Experience working with education, industry, or community partners in adult learning.
- Experience designing learning experiences that apply andragogical and pedagogical design principles.
- You are passionate about learning design and online learning.
- You are motivated by student success.
- You are a passionate and clear communicator with strong presentation skills.
- You maintain an engaging and positive online presence.
- You are proactive, organized, and you thrive in a remote working environment.
