Requirements
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level) and Portuguese speaker
- 3+ years of online or in-class English teaching experience
- Accredited 120-hour+ TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Translation, English Literature, or any other related field (completed or in progress)
- Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week within service hours of 06:00–20:00 ET
- Available to work peak hours Monday to Thursday 16:00–20:00 ET, with at least 6 hours during those peak periods
- Available to work at least 2 hours on Saturdays between 06:00–20:00 ET
- Available to work Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday or both pairs, with the same working hours for each pair
- PC: Intel Core i5-class performance or better, with 8GB RAM or greater
- Internet: Stable fiber connection (20 Mbps upload/download) via LAN cable
- Backup Power: UPS with 4-5 hours of battery life is recommended
- Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam (720p), and a quiet, well-lit teaching space

- Familiarity with CEFR and ESL assessments is a plus
