Galaxy is hiring for an Agile Development Consultant and Coach to empower software-driven enterprises with expert knowledge, hands-on coaching, and effective tooling for Agile development. In this role, you will directly influence client success through consulting, training delivery, and solution selling within our Professional Services organization.
What You'll Do
- Coach Agile project teams using methods such as Scrum, XP, Lean, FDD, DSDM, or Crystal.
- Work with multiple clients through a mix of on-site collaboration and remote support.
- Lead and manage client consulting engagements.
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to customer teams.
- Engage in solution selling to align client needs with our services.
- Coach, teach, and guide individuals across various roles in project-driven organizations.
- Facilitate key meetings including planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Deliver presentations and speak at public events.
- Travel up to 50% within the U.S. and potentially internationally.
What We're Looking For
- Certified ScrumMaster (Practitioner or Trainer) certification.
- 10 years or more of experience within technology or software organizations.
- Proven experience coaching Agile project teams.
- A background in client-facing consulting.
- Experience leading consulting engagements.
- Demonstrated training development and delivery experience.
- Experience with solution selling.
- Experience in leading technical teams.
- Strong facilitation skills for meetings and workshops.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Deep knowledge and a genuine passion for Agile principles and practices.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
