As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll be the trusted guide who helps customers navigate their software learning journey from day one. You'll juggle multiple accounts, collaborate across teams, and play a critical role in driving customer success—all while working remotely in a mission-driven environment. **Accountabilities:** • Guide customers through the "Getting Started Journey," serving as their primary onboarding support contact • Conduct 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure customers grasp training content and software features • Create smooth handoffs between onboarding and other internal teams like Support or Customer Success • Help customers quickly recognize the immediate value of their new platform • Track onboarding progress, manage deliverables, and proactively tackle any success roadblocks • Work cross-functionally to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on timelines and goals **Requirements:** • 1+ years experience in SaaS CRM onboarding, training, or customer support (internships/contract work welcome) • Comfortable being the main liaison between internal and external stakeholders • Stellar organizational skills for managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Strong technical aptitude with a knack for quickly learning new platforms • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with Excel for reviewing and troubleshooting customer data imports **Nice to Have:** • Understanding of data migration processes • Experience supporting nonprofit organizations or nonprofit CRM platforms • Familiarity with Bloomerang products or similar SaaS solutions • 1+ years project management experience in customer onboarding **Benefits:** • **Healthcare**: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage plus 24/7 virtual healthcare via HealthiestYou • **Time Off**: Generous PTO including 20 days off, 3 flex days, 4 optional volunteer days, 12 paid holidays, and parental leave • **401(k)**: Competitive retirement savings plan with company matching • **Remote Work**: Fully remote role with equipment shipped directly to you.
