Scout Motors is looking for an Onboarding Manager to guide customers to success on the Affinity platform. You will oversee accounts from post-sale until transition to a Customer Success Manager, providing templates, best practices, and training to accelerate their onboarding and migration journey.
What You'll Do
- Own product implementation and configurations for simultaneous customer engagements.
- Drive product strategy with clients during onboarding to ensure a successful long-term partnership.
- Get new users and teams excited about key features in interactive training sessions.
- Present integrations and product upgrade opportunities, connecting them to customer business problems.
- Facilitate customer data migrations from other CRMs and business tools into Affinity.
- Be a subject matter expert on setting up Affinity for popular use cases in sectors like Venture Capital, Investment Banking, and Private Equity.
- Share industry best practices and advise customers on solving problems with our product.
- Update customers about new and planned features relevant to their workflows.
- Liaise with our product team to present feedback or improvements to internal onboarding processes.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of work experience in customer-facing SaaS roles such as Account Management, Implementation, Technical Support, Consulting, Workflow, or Project Management.
- Ability to understand customer needs and prioritize accordingly.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data clean-up and raw data structure analysis.
- Ability to manage your time across multiple customers and projects to meet aggressive timelines.
- Skill in managing expectations and navigating complexity to solve customer problems.
- Excellent written and live customer communication skills.
- Able to engage and excite a team about our technology through interactive product education.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced startup environment.

- Compensation: $88,000.00 - $110,000.00 CAD Base.
