As an On-Demand Delivery Driver, you’ll use a mobile app to accept and manage same-day delivery requests across select cities. You’ll be responsible for picking up items from designated locations and ensuring they reach customers safely and on time. Operating as a 1099 Independent Contractor, you’ll have full control over your schedule and the deliveries you take on.
What You'll Do
- Use the delivery app to review and accept available jobs
- Travel to pickup locations to collect orders
- Transport items securely and deliver them within the expected timeframe
- Use a dolly to assist with heavier loads when necessary
Requirements
- Own and maintain a full-size cargo van, pickup truck, SUV, or sedan
- Carry valid auto insurance
- Have a sturdy dolly for moving bulkier items
- Demonstrate strong time management and reliability
- Be self-motivated to take on deliveries and increase earnings
