NCFE is looking for an O&M Field Technician to support the Zydeco Solar Project located in Lafayette, LA. This field-based role is crucial for ensuring the reliable and efficient performance of our solar energy assets through hands-on operations and maintenance.

What You'll Do

Perform routine and corrective maintenance activities for solar energy assets.
Conduct field operations to monitor and ensure the efficient performance of the solar project.
Identify and troubleshoot issues with solar equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, inspections, and system performance.
Adhere to all site safety protocols and environmental regulations.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a field technician role, preferably in solar or renewable energy operations.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
Ability to work independently in an outdoor environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel to the project site.
