Hackbarth Delivery Service, part of Lola Blankets, is hiring a Security Systems Coordinator to maintain, troubleshoot, and manage security systems across 38 terminal warehouse locations in the southeast United States. You will be responsible for ensuring all systems function properly, coordinating with vendors, and training terminal staff.

What You'll Do

Perform low-level maintenance, troubleshooting, and schedule repairs for security systems across multiple states.
Create and setup new accounts for managers on camera and alarm systems.
Train managers and administrators on system setup, operation, and how to review video footage on DVR/NVR systems.
Update system access when personnel are separated from the company.
Obtain proficiency in operating eight (8) different viewing platforms.
Update and maintain the vendor spreadsheet for all terminals, managing access codes, stream keys, and passwords.
Review the daily Security Report and address any down systems.
Periodically review multiple remote applications throughout the day to ensure system functionality.
Extrapolate systems data and submit monthly logs for alarms and camera functions.
Respond daily to calls, emails, texts, and support tickets requesting assistance.
Assist the Service Center with remote viewing applications and issue correction.
Represent the company to new and existing customers with effective interpersonal skills.
Assist and/or lead security-related investigations (thefts, robberies, missing property, etc.).
Conduct security audits at terminals and assist with implementing corrective actions.
Liaise with security, loss prevention, and investigative representatives from clients.
Serve as the point of contact for client security and compliance audits.
Use or learn the Safety101 application to upload security incidents, safety incidents, and perform assessments.
Train others on safety programs, security systems, and alarm-based applications.

What We're Looking For

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work on ladders and lifts.
Willingness for frequent travel.
High school Diploma, supplemented by technical school or military training.
Willingness to assist terminals with after-hours alarms and pulling video footage from events.

Nice to Have

Previous low voltage installation and troubleshooting experience.
Previous experience as a Security Systems Technician or in IT Programming/Networking.
OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 training.
Knowledge and willingness to learn OSHA, DOT/FMCSA, and drug diversion requirements.
