Wärtsilä is looking for an O&M Agreement Manager to lead and grow the Agreement Management business and organization in your assigned region. You will ensure value addition to customer business and satisfaction by maintaining quality standards, optimizing costs, and achieving the technical contractual performance of installations under agreement.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage Agreement management activities and the organization within the assigned region or country.
- Ensure yearly target setting is carried out as per Global Instructions, an action plan is made for each agreement, and plans are implemented.
- Communicate the Agreement Management mission, vision, strategies and development initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure knowhow and professional competence development within the assigned organization through competence assessments.
- Foster a team environment that encourages professional growth, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach in contract delivery. Maintain a resource plan according to upcoming requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security requirements for all assigned agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders/support functions to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Follow-up customer feedback and ensure that agreed corrective and preventive actions are taken.
- Ensure agreement renewal processes are initiated well in advance, both internally and with the customer, to understand their business needs and explore upselling opportunities.
- Regularly follow up on Agreement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Process Performance Indicators (PPIs) to ensure actions are taken to close gaps, reporting findings to management.
- Prepare and participate in quarterly performance reviews with the Business Unit.
- Follow up on Agreements receivables, ensure invoices are paid on time, and that action plans for outstanding invoices are in place.
- Follow up on agreement lessons learned and ensure they are shared within the region and Energy Services.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing O&M Agreements.
- Oversight of power plant operations equipped with Wärtsilä engines.
- Leadership responsibilities for teams involved in day‑to‑day plant performance and compliance.
Work Mode
This is a local country-based role.
